I remember the first time I saw photos of the Grand Egyptian Museum, sunlight spilling across those colossal statues, the mix of glass, stone, and history. It didn’t look like a museum to me. It looked like a conversation. Between the past and the future. Between us and everything we’ve inherited. And I think that’s what makes it so powerful, it’s not just about putting artifacts behind glass; it’s about reminding us that we, in the Arab world, are still part of the story those artifacts began.
